I am looking for highly qualified people to work WITH me, not necessarily FOR me. I've been around the block a few times with employees who can't seem to get a job done without constant management, and now I'm looking for MANAGERS who can work as part of a crew (or alone if needed) and complete jobs with little supervision from me. I only need people who are experienced with AT LEAST one of the following areas: - Landscaping - Sod Installation - Sprinkler Systems - Fencing (cedar, vinyl, chain link, 3-rail) I will pay a percentage of each job OR a very competitive hourly rate, depending what you bring to the table. If you're making an hourly rate now, I will probably beat it, but ONLY if you are experienced, responsible, and reliable. I already have a full schedule and we are booked out far enough that I need to have more than one crew running most of the time, and that's where you come in. If you can take ownership of each job and I can rely on you to complete a job well, then I'll pay you what you're worth.
