Non smoker, must have 5 years experience in the Davis apartment community.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise all facets of turning over apartments in August
Complete apartment work orders including: electrical, plumbing, and minor appliance
repairs.
Replace dishwashers, disposals, and toilets.
Painting and drywall repairs.
