Job Description-Immediate Hire Must have drivers license and clean driving record. Titan development, a commercial and residential home improvement company located in Baltimore, is looking for qualified workers to join our team. We are looking for qualified individuals that will help to maintain the exterior of apartment buildings. Experience in hauling, trash removal, and yard maintenance is required. Job Duties (include but not limited to): Sweeping exterior of properties Yard Clean Up & Maintenance Collecting trash Hauling Bulk Items Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Drivers license required Can work on ladders and lift heavy objects Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent - preferred 1+ years’ similar experience in custodial/hauling/porter type work – required Valid driver’s license and vehicle – preferred Job Types: Full-time Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
