Decks/Patios Service Technician & Assistant Service Technician

Description

Technician must have minimum 3 years’ experience constructing wood decks, Trex decks, and paver patios. Assistant technician must have minimum 6 months experience with the ability to learn new skills with on-the-job training. Deck services can range from minor repairs such as replacing deck floorboards or railing parts, to major services including replacing beams, stringers, or structural posts. Patio services can range from minor services such as polymeric sand maintenance to larger re-builds of patio floor or walls due to ground settling. Technicians may also be tasked with minor electrical service such as replacing deck/patio light timers, repairing deck/patio light wiring and/or replacing deck/patio light fixtures both recessed and mounted. Technicians must be able to identify and diagnose issues on site at the time-of-service inspection, provide photos, an accurate material list, and estimate amount of time needed for return service if necessary. Service hours are Monday-Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM. Occasionally technicians will be asked to work longer hours. Vehicle and necessary tools will be provided.
