Local insurance restoration company is hiring (1) Field Tech/Job Supervisor/Runner. Compensation based on experience starting at $17/hr. As a Field Tech, you will be responsible for running permits and/or dropping off(posting) permits at residential addresses. As well as picking up materials from various suppliers and dropping them off at residential job sites. You will also be responsible to clean job sites after work has been completed, load any returnable material and return to the specified supplier as well as document the completed work with a smart phone and email the photos. Education: High School Diploma or GED Skills: Good driving record, basic smart phone tasks(email, text & pictures) Job Specifics: Drop off and/or pick up permit packages for multiple jurisdictions within counties in Central Minnesota. Drop off and/or pick up Materials at either suppliers or residential job sites. Clean residential job sites with roller magnets, rake and broom. Inventory returnable materials and return to specified supplier. Take multiple completion pictures of residential construction projects and email/upload them accordingly. Report to a Manager on a regular, defined basis as to your daily schedule and tasks. A company vehicle is available at the office for daily business use only. Requirements: A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from the office. High School Diploma or GED. Smartphone capable of taking and emailing/uploading pictures. Capacity to keep calm in a fast-paced environment(mainly at suppliers). Excellent verbal communication skills. Organized with strong attention to detail skills. Ability to work independently.
