Parts Specialist-This position is a key point of contact for customers and the position requires excellent customer service and communication skills. The Parts Specialist is responsible for servicing the parts needs of customers both in-person and over the phone, assessing their needs and finding knowledgeable solutions. Parts Specialists are expected to provide outstanding customer service to our customers, while maintaining productivity and profitability for the dealership. Yard/ Facilities Maintenance- Key responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, deliveries and shipments, as well as maintaining facility appearance. Facility maintenance includes grounds maintenance as well as positioning and neatly organizing equipment within the yard for display. This position works outdoors a majority of time through all seasons. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with good communication skills and the ability to take direction and still work independently. We require a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Service Technician- We are in search of candidates with a mechanical background and a strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems. Service Technicians must provide high-level customer service while performing a variety of work including machinery diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, warranty and pre-delivery work on equipment for both customers and dealer-owned equipment. We require a positive attitude, dedication to customer service, and a strong work ethic.
