We are a small commercial property management company looking for a new maintenance staff member. Our properties are primarily in Boulder County but there would be some driving to Aurora, Greeley, and Thornton. This job includes, but is not limited to:
Minor electrical work (changing outlet, new light bulb, etc)
Painting
Drywall
Landscaping such as lawn mowing or tree trimming
Cleaning & Repairing vacant units
Picking up trash on the properties
Snow shoveling
Basic plumbing
Floor repairs
small Pothole repairs
Window or door repairs
You must have your own reliable vehicle and speak proficient English. You must be able to climb a ladder and steep steps and lift 50 pounds safely.
