American Pride Properties Group is looking for qualified applicants to help ease our ever-growing workload. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction field is a must. Applicant should have his or her own transportation and basic hand tools. Applicant must have basic knowledge in the following fields: - Framing (new construction, decks, additions, and remodel) - Siding (vinyl, Fiber cement, shingles, and clap board) - Roofing (mainly patching and small additions and dormers) - Windows and door installation and proper flashing procedures - Demo and dust control - Painting - Can read plans or have the willingness to learn - Concrete work (slabs, pads, and footings) - Interior and exterior finish work.
