Need Front and Backyard Cleanup plus Landscaping

Looking for a landscaper to provide weed removal in mulch beds and flower beds, cleanup/remove weeds and bushes growing along fence line, and lay new mulch. More landscaping work is available at the same house as well (extra soil and grading, sod layout, etc). Would like someone familiar with this type of work that has their own yard tools, wheel barrow, etc. I would also prefer if the yard debris can be hauled away, but not required.
