2nd Shooter Needed for Several Weddings!

Second Shooter needed for up to 6 weddings! I'm a wedding photographer based in the Annapolis, Maryland area (check out my website www.Trans4mationPhotography.com). I'm currently losing 2 of my 2nd shooters, one due to a challenging pregnancy, and the other is moving to Europe. I am looking for one reasonably experienced 2nd shooter for several assignments that include: June 5, 2021 - Turf Valley (12 hours) October 2, 2021 - St. Mary's Church and The Graduate Hotel (Annapolis) (12 hours) October 9, 2021 - (possibly assignment depending on my pregnant 2nd) (8 hours) November 20, 2021 - Wyndridge Farms (Pennsylvania) (8.5 hours) December 4, 2021 - Governor Calvert House (Annapolis) (8 hours) December 26, 2021 - Governor Calvert House (Annapolis) (6 hours) My hope is to use the 2nd shooter for at least most of these assignments and keep them on the team for future 2021, 2022+ assignments. My rates are negotiable based on experience and quality of work. I am happy to generally consider anywhere between $40 to $60 an hour, possibly more for specific assignments.
