Type of Job: Junk Removal, Customer Service, Sales, General Labor The Junk Trunk is looking for hard working and motivated individuals to join our truck teams. We offer full, part time and seasonal positions that work with anyone’s schedule - veterans are encouraged to apply. Driver positions are Non-CDL required. Candidates should be honest, responsible and determined to make the most of each and every day. At The Junk Trunk, professional and personal growth is extremely important. We work outdoors and every day is a new experience! Most team members work 5 day work weeks and see an average of $16-$22 per hour with base pay, tips and bonus (daily cash bonuses, based on daily revenue goals). What to expect: Junk Removal: You’ll be removing all kinds of items from people’s homes and businesses. Early Birds: Your day will begin at 7:45AM. Flexible Scheduling: Clear and upfront scheduling that offers some flexibility. Typical 4-5 day work weeks. Long Haul: You can expect the frequent 9-12 hour work day during busy seasons. Assigned Routes: You’ll be assigned a route at the beginning of each day and given a degree of autonomy out in the field to complete your schedule. Assigned Trucks: You’ll make sure your truck is clean and cared for, well organized and ready for the day. Recurring Partners: You can expect to be paired with an individual that helps bring out the best in both of you. Hold each other accountable, succeed together and form bonds! Sales: You’ll be doing onsite selling, negotiating and upselling, all while providing exceptional customer service. Marketing: You’ll be asked to distribute marketing materials to targeted focus areas. This includes postcards, door hangers and yard signs. Safety: You can expect a focus on safety and proper procedure. Community: you’ll be building strong relationships with the community through recycling and donating as you work to build and maintain The Junk Trunk brand image. What we offer: - Competitive Pay: $16-$22 per hour (base pay with tips and regular bonuses).
