Cleaning - residential rental properties

I am looking for a person to clean, on a regular basis my residential rental properties, mostly single family homes. Must be dependable, have a high level of work ethics, have a valid driver license and dependable transportation. Preferably speak ENGLISH and SPANISH. I prefer someone who lives close to the properties so commute does not represent an issue (Westminster, Thornton, Federal Heights, unincorporated Denver – between 75th Ave - 104th Ave and Sheridan Blvd - Washington St.) Job is available immediately.
