POSITION: Warehouse Support REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager POSITION DESCRIPTION This important entry level position services both the Commercial and Residential divisions. The purpose of the position is to support the Warehouse Manager with the daily operations needed to keep the company running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with the ability lift heavy objects, drive a forklift, and utilize a utility blade. The ability to stay organized and on track is a must. Furthermore, this is a succession position. The person who starts in this position will both be trained for this position as well Retail Site Assessment and Warehouse Manager. Both of these positions will be available to the right candidate. KEY TASKS • Unloading material from tractor trailers, storing it in our racking system, and receiving it into our software system • Delivering material to residential/commercial jobsites and residential stores • Staging material for upcoming installations • Loading material into installers vehicles • Cutting material by hand or with a machine • Staining different wood accessories to match hardwood orders • Entering material returned from jobs to maintain accurate inventory KEY SKILLS • Ability to use a computer to utilize our operating system • Ability to operate a forklift • Ability to converse with a customer • Basic Math PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dependable and on time • Team oriented • Detail oriented and thorough • Motivated to learn and develop – both skills and in their career REQUIREMENTS • Valid Drivers License Benefits • Health Insurance • 401k
