Requirements: Skilled Laborers, Laborers and Lead Man Challenging job in the robust Highway Construction Industry that will provide you with steady employment with real opportunities for advancement. Job Description: • Installation of Electrical Underground Duct Bank and Multi-duct Systems • Installation of Lighting and Traffic Signal Poles • Installation of Highway Signing and Overhead Sign Structures • Installation of PVC, EMT and Rigid Metal conduit • Installation of Traffic Signal Systems • Pulling and Terminating Electrical and Communication cable • Installation of Highway, Industrial and Commercial Lighting Systems • (If you have a CDL) Drive CDL Trucks To and From Jobsite Locations Minimum Requirements: • Valid Texas Driver's License with Clean driving record. • Pass a Pre-employment drug screening. • Ability to work outside under dynamic weather conditions. • Ability to occasionally work at heights up to 50ft. • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. • Ability to climb a ladder. • Willingness to accept and carry out both verbal & written directions from supervisors Additional Skills/Qualifications that will put you at the top: • CDL Driver's License (Any Type) • Electrical Construction Experience • Strong Organizational Skills. • Knowledge of Waco Area. • Bucket Truck Operation Experience • Concrete Forming and Pouring Skills • Attention to Detail • Self Starter and Highly Motivated Employee Benefits: • Company Vehicle for established employees • 401k with Employer Matching • Health & Dental Insurance • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Overtime is often available & sometimes required • Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience • Steady Work Load Year Around • 43-Year-Old Stable Company • EEO Employer - Women and Minorities Strongly Encouraged • Drug-free Workplace
