CERTAPRO PAINTERS OF West University We have been in business for over 10 years with a large repeat and word of mouth business. We have an excellent reputation for going above and beyond the customer's expectations. We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our work. We are continuing to grow, and as such are recruiting elite, experienced, qualified painters for immediate work. If you are honest, hard working, reliable, have great communication skills (including texting) and take pride in your work, then you MAY have the characteristics to work with CertaPro Painters of West University. REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS OF SUBCONTRACTORS Job Site Supervisor that are fluent in English and that are on site throughout the complete job. You must have the ability to work with the customer, representing CertaPro in a professional manner. Be legally allowed to work in the US. Have a valid Texas Driving License. Own your own reliable transport with, ladders, sprayers, painting equipment, and woodwork tools. (Commercial crews must have large spray rigs capable of having two sprayers working off the same rig). Show up on time and be dependable. Non Smoking crews. Have your own insurance. (If you do not have this initially we will work with you for a month so you can get your own) Sign a subcontractor agreement. Maintain a clean job site. Be respectful of our customer and their property. Take great pride in your workmanship and in exceeding the customer's expectations. Have great communication skills, so as to be able to maintain contact with the CertaPro office. What we provide you with. Steady work at a good competitive rate. All crew members will be provided with CertaPro T-shirts. A CertaPro magnet to place on your truck or van, and signs to place in the yard of the address that you are working at. Affiliation with a brand that has a reputation of exceeding customer expectations. Location: West University, Bellaire, Medical Center, Meyerland, Sharpstown, TX. Occasionally you will work on Residential projects outside of this area
