BOXER Puppy looking for a forever home. 8 weeks old, Rehoming fee txt. Large heavy duty tarp found on 15th Street east of Lewis about 2 weeks ago. Likely from a construction or lawn crew. Respond with description and how it was secured (tied up). This is an expensive tarp that I’d like to get back to the owner.
