Arlington based commercial janitorial company with immediate opening. We are currently hiring for a daytime cleaning position that services multiple active customer locations. Use of company vehicle is required. Our goal is to maintain these facility's health and cleanliness. Offers: Weekly pay via direct deposit (2) Weeks PTO Paid Holidays Take home vehicle with gas card Responsibilities: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for additional services Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Abilities/Requirements Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop or reach Have valid driver's license Have reasonable driving record Be a natural born US citizen (Customer Requirement) Preferred/Not Required: Previous cleaning experience Experience in hard surface floor care and maintenance Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Bilingual English/Spanish
