Franklin County Dog Shelter's new Foster Program is up and running! Fostering for FCDS is FREE. All medical care is provided. We provide food and supplies as donations allow. Fostering is a great opportunity to help enrich the lives of dogs waiting for their forever homes. Or, if you'd like to just try out dog ownership or get a best friend without the long term commitment, consider fostering!
