Group Home Staff: Full Time & Part Time with $500 bonus

We are seeking hardworking and organized people to join our team. Must be able to prepare meals, follow house plan, clean, redirect youth behaviors, and facilitate activities and outings. Must be a team player and work well with others. Reliable transportation to work is required. Home is located in East Mesa and double staffed at all times. You'll be working with high school boys (non behavioral). Current position available: Monday-Friday 11pm-7am (40 hours) Saturday 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am (24 hours) Sunday 8am -8pm, 8pm-8am (24 hours) Fill in work (12-24 total weekly hours if desired) : time and a half is paid past 40 hrs $500 Sign on Bonus will be paid after 4 weeks of service and with a completed file of items listed on application. Qualifications: Prior experience working with children/teenagers (2 years) Arizona Drivers license and clean 5 yr driving record Possess a Level 1 Finger Print Card and pass background check Pass drug test First aid/CPR card, physical, and CPI training Exemplify good boundaries with children and show compassion for people in crisis Good housekeeping skills Ability to supervise youth at all times Must be at least 25 years old Reliable transportation If you have all the requirements listed above please fill out an application at www.stepaheadaz.com with attached resume: under (employment/application) We are hiring immediately.
