Progressive Roofing is Hiring an experienced Foam Roofing Foreman Looking for a better opportunity? Come join our Phoenix team! Progressive Roofing is a National Commercial Roofing Contractor established since 1978! Progressive Roofing’s Service Department in Phoenix Arizona is seeking an experienced Foam Foreman. You will work on other types of commercial roofs as well, so some experience with other low-slope roofing (built-up, single-ply) is preferred. Foam Foreman Candidate Requirements: • Minimum of three (3) or more years’ experience installing Spray Polyurethane Foam roofing • Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety • A valid state driver's license (in good standing) Specific Duties: Manage crew to successfully complete all assigned roofing work safety, efficiently, and to manufacturer specifications. • Manage jobs and jobsites, ensuring that all workers adhere to plans and safety codes • Enforce employee schedules and construction timelines • Keep superintendent updated on progress throughout the projects • Understand and identify problems and challenges to each roofing system inspected • Complete all reports and records properly and in a timely manner License: Driver's License (Required) Skills/Qualifications needed: • * Able to work in outside weather cold/hot. • * Available to work extended hours, varying shifts, nights and weekends (when necessary) • * Valid State driver's license (in good standing) required • * Ability to successfully pass post-offer physical fitness test & safety test are required. • Benefits: Competitive wages, Medical & Dental Insurance options available, 401K, company paid short term disability, company paid life Insurance, earned paid time off and opportunity for advancement.
