Price includes Labor Currently we are lining up the following work : Job1 -Foulkrod xx3 Masonry: Parge basement walls where required and damaged. Repair chimney on roof to prevent liening and further deterioration. $800 Siding: 470 sf of vinyl siding. Replace bamboo with vinyl siding $1,200 Deck & Steps: Build a 7’x7’ deck and steps $1,200 Plaster/Drywall: Plaster and drywall 380 sqft in living room and one bedroom $250 Windows: Remove and replace 9 windows with double glazed pre hung, energy efficient vinyl windows into existing wood frames.Cap the outside with aluminum, and trim the inside and caulk, install 5 glass block windows in the basement. $1,400 Wood Floor: Sand and Varnish first floor entire living room and dining room and second floor bedrooms and hallway $2,000 Ceramic tile: Remove the kitchen floor and install new hardibacker floor, tile and grout. Install new kitchen tile backsplash and grout Remove existing tile floor. Repair and make level the subfloor. mold-resistant panel cement board or equivalent and new ceramic tile, grout with Polyblend sanded or unsanded grout with polymer. $700 Exterior doors: Replace 3 exterior doors(Front door, rear kitchen door and rear basement door) $400 Decorating: Paint two bedroom ceilings and the kitchen and living room ceiling $500 Electric: Rewire all lines in the kitchen to standard modern loads to accommodate appliances and other kitchen fixtures.
