Licensed/Insured Punch Crews and Contractors for Apartment Turnovers

Stamm Development Group is looking for punch crews and/or highly motivated contractors that are licensed and insured to complete turnovers in our properties located in Fairmount, Germantown and Brewerytown. The units are all 1 or 2 bedrooms and under 1,000 square feet. You would be required to own and operate your own tools to complete these turnovers. During a unit turnover you would be asked to; apply a fresh coat of paint, repair walls from tenant drywall damage and settlement, function test all appliances and mechanicals inside the unit, replace light bulbs and filters, etc… Please contact Joseph Romano at (267)593-1763 and/or respond to this post if you’re interested, we would be happy to answer any and all questions you may have.
