Immediate need for General Laborers!!! Multiple shifts are available!!! Responsibilities: General ground maintenance: - Sweeping sidewalk and boardwalk - Loading, lifting, moving supplies, furniture, and equipment - Collecting rubbish, recycling, cutting grass, cleaning up underbrush, foliage, vines, weeds General building maintenance: - Cleaning offices, storerooms, stairways - Sweeping, dry mopping, scrubbing, polishing floors, vacuuming - Dusting furniture, washing windows - Keeping restrooms clean and orderly and replacing deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels, etc - Rolling out trash and recycling barrels, loading barrels onto trucks Candidates are expected to work as a team to quickly complete the projects they are on. Safety is a priority and all applicants will be expected to adhere to OSHA Safety Standards. Candidates are expected to be prepared for the elements and will be expected to work in all weather conditions. Candidates must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
