Please note: Only candidates who successfully complete the training program and can demonstrate their skills and abilities will be offered a full time/part-time/seasonal work position. High energy individuals ONLY who can meet the demands of a physically demanding job (MUST BE ABLE TO SIT/STAND/BEND/KNEEL, Lift 25+ lbs AND SAFELY USE STEP STOOLS FOR THEIR ENTIRE SHIFT) Must have a neat, professional appearance. Housekeepers wear black athletic/yoga pants/leggings, athletic shoes and a company shirt and aprons (t-shirts and aprons provided) Must be personable, outgoing and be willing to interact with customers socially. Getting along with your teammates is essential, we conduct ourselves as a family and the team environment is very important to the success of our employees and the business. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation to the meeting location at the start of their shift and travel to clients homes/offices in the company vehicle. Willing to train the right candidates but professional housekeeping experience is highly preferred. Experienced housekeepers must be open to learning new cleaning methods and techniques. Candidates must be willing to pass a background and employment screening if asked. A thorough employment screening with reference checks are performed. Wage is $12.00 per hour for Training and all candidates, regardless of experience level, must participate in Training. Regular pay rate is determined by ability demonstrated during Training and ranges from $13.00-$15.00 per hour. There is always room for advancement. We are open for service between the hours of 9:00am-05:30pm Monday thru Friday. Saturday hours are from approx 10:00am-3:30pm. Please note, ALL employees are expected to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month (exceptions to this rule are rarely made and are on a per employee basis). Candidates must be able to commit to a set schedule and call outs and tardies are NOT tolerated. Housekeepers are assigned to houses and must be able to commit to servicing that client regularly. Requests for time off outside of your regularly scheduled shift must be made in advance. A certain level of flexibility is expected because this is a service-based business. Scheduled hours are approximate due to the nature of the business and employees are expected to stay with the team till completion.
