Established and growing Swimming pool contractor in search of project manager or project manager in-training. Position is available immediately. Duties: *Communicate with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and of the highest quality *Ensure that materials are on-site in a timely manner *Ensure job sites are tidy and in order *Oversee critical phases of construction *Communicate with customers to maintain excellent customer satisfaction *Meet with inspectors Desired experience/Qualities *Willing to get dirty, labor is required part of the time *Excellent problem solving skills/mechanical ability *Able to drive a truck and trailer *Able to operate equipement *Plumbing experience (Pool/Irrigation) *Masonry/Concrete experience *Drainage experience *Quick learner *Excellent organization skills *Attention to detail *Strong work ethnic We are willing to compensate well according to experience and ability.
