Essential Functions: Cape Fear Precast has an opening for an entry level Concrete Form Assembler to be a part of our team. Willing to train a motivated candidate. Position requires you to work individually and with a crew to construct underground precast concrete components for subdivisions, businesses, schools, military, and America's Infrastructure. Seeking only candidates that want to be a part of a growing company that manufacturers products vital to the construction industry. Candidate must be in good physical health. Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, and lift. Ability to safely use hand and machine tools in a production-based environment. Ability to take direction from supervisor to maintain a safe and productive environment and meet daily production goals. This entry level position starts at $13-$14 per hour. After probationary period, employees are eligible for paid Holidays, paid Vacation, paid Sick Leave, 401K plan, uniforms. Hours vary from 9:30 to 10:30 start time until finished, Monday through Friday. Typically 40-45 hours per week. No Health Care available at this time.
