Looking for a skilled butcher that knows how to skin an animal, primarily lamb and sheep. The job is at a slaughter House in the eastern market in Detroit named BERRY AND SONS. The job pays $180 per day for 6 to 8 hours of work 3 to 5 days a week only. Cash or check. Experienced applicants only and you will be tested on the job site for your knowledge in the job description immediately. If you don’t know how to skin an animal it’s not something you can learn overnight, so please don’t waste your time or mine.
