Let me start off by saying hello, we work in the modular home bussiness. We do trim outs (putting homes together, and sealing the marriage lines) and warranty work for modular homes. We are looking for someone who has alot of knowledge in interior work, and exterior. for example, tape and floating, texturing, carpet and linoleum, with also basic knowledge of electricty and plumbing. we’re looking for a contractor with a truck to pull a trailer, tools, and available to travel for weeks at a time to oaklahoma, and louisianna. we have just started getting alot of bussiness and we need more crews on the road! All material that will be needed for these jobs will be provided by us, hotels will be compensated by us, miles will be compensated by us. all we need from you is the will to work, the availability to work, and the proper requirements listed below. Requirements- NEED to be able to travel Have your own tools and equipment Have your own vehicle (truck or van) Experience with tape and float, texturing, laying laminate flooring, glueing tiles, putting in trim, install vinyl siding and hardy board, ETC......
