As we continue to rapidly grow, we have an opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our new operation at Taylor Farms Southern California as a Production Associate, located in Ontario, California. The Production Associate will be responsible for following all production policies and procedures to support the start-up of this new operation. This individual will work with all department heads to support companywide-operating objectives and will report to the Production Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: • Learn and follow all GMP’s, SOP and KPI procedures. • Maintain productivity metrics, daily, and weekly goals for production. • Follow all Covid-19 protocols, food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance protocols. • read and understand recipes and measurements • Weigh out product per production order • Use ERP system • Troubleshoot computerized equipment • Responsible for maintaining work area clean and organized. • Package finished product into crates • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in food safety in a food manufacturing environment preferred • Experience with CIP systems • Intermediate math skills • Basic in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word. • Ability to work day or evening shifts and weekends and holidays as needed. • Ability to maintain a safe and positive work environment • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts Benefits: • Medical/ Vision/ Dental PPO only • Upto 4% 401k Matching company contribution • Company paid life insurance • Vacation • Sick Pay • 7 Paid Holidays E-verify compliant EOE
