You don't have to pay for accounts like a franchise. You will receive 70% to 80% of accounts monthly billing based on contract amount. I am looking for a few quality (prefer experienced) office cleaning subcontractors. I am looking for sub who lives or can work in (Trinity, Palm Harbor or Port Richey area).You will be in business for yourself with 1099 pay and must take pride in your work. You will need your own cleaning supplies and equipment. We are looking for people who are motivated to go the extra step to do quality cleaning and satisfy the customer. Not just trash and minimum work approach. This is not for everyone it is a business opportunity not just a minimum wage cleaning opportunity. You will need to consistently do quality restroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc. I am a family owned business and been in business for over 25 years and can help you grow your business.
