Install new hardie board, seal all screws, corners, and seams coat hardie board with anti- microbial water sealant hydro ban. Install new tile on shower walls Build new concrecte shower pan, replace shower drain Install marbel sill on shower step and Install new shower floor tiles. Grouted wall and floor shower. 2. Kitchen base cabinet Repair kitchen base cabinet damage by water leak Install 1/4" fine luan plywood glue down on both cabinet.
