The Head of Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing and training housekeeping staff. The head of housekeeping manages housekeeping supplies and equipment. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
