Description
Local solar company looking for a Project Dispatcher! Project dispatcher coordinates, plans, and schedules various assignments and projects across the island! Responsible for reporting the progression of installation projects with residential customers. Scope of Responsibilities: ● Make sure Kauai teams are dispatched to customer’s projects as directed by PM. Provide information to work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors. Documents all customer related conversations/updates on pipedrive. ○ Put installation start and completion dates in PD ○ Trigger PM if it is a SP job for both start and completion of job, If job is Sunrun please put on the sunrun list, ○ Create a note on PD about the installation start dates ○ Make sure that there is only 1 team. (Roof and Electrical travel together as one) ○ Calling customers for scheduling installation. ○ Manages service calls including NEM installations to direct personnel. ● Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards. ● Creates reports needed by the construction department such as kWs build, Milestones uploaded, Inspection results and any others as needed. Provides administrative support to the manager/supervisor as needed (reports, forms, and other documents). KPIs are due every Monday. ● Process RFIs (follow up on ALL inspections) as directed by field supervisor. ○ Kauai Inspections : Verify that inspections were called in. ○ Send out a verification email to inspector and add PD link. ○ Update PD after calling in inspections. ○ Check inspections daily. ● Follows up on completed jobs to trigger completion of warranty registration (Sunpower), reviews photos for complete submission, obtains if any missing. ● Reports, confirms, records, and updates google calendar and projects (personnel absences, team roster registry, leave requests, progress of construction phase, etc) ● Maintains vehicle maintenance log up to date. Registrations, safety etc. ● Promotes, practices, maintains company policies. ● Maintains open communication with supervisor, PMs, Team members, customers ● Submits any necessary payroll documents to supervisor for Kauai team ● Other duties as assigned Qualifications: ● Must have previous customer service experience ● Must be organized and a self-starter ● Have impeccable phone skills with a friendly personality Work well under pressure ● Have a general interest in renewable energy ● Learn the basics of solar and quickly implement it ● Use a PC computer (to be supplied) ● Working knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, Google Calendars and email software ● Familiarity with the geography of all islands ● Previous experience in a sales environment a plus ● Maintains professional communication standards with customers both written and verbal
