I’m looking for part time help with my properties: one is a renovation in Manistee, the other is a cottage on 2 acres in Onekama. Transportation is preferred, but not necessary! Some labor experience is preferred, but again, not necessary. I’m not searching for journeyman level skills. If you’re ok doing anything from painting to blowing leaves to helping me carry something heavy, you’re my type. I can’t promise you 40 hours a week, but I’m going have steady work for the time being, and can promise at least 20-30 hours going into summer. I also don’t necessarily need you every day; I can work around your other part time schedule or responsibilities to a certain extent. Pay will be cash and commensurate with difficulty of job, plus bonuses along the way. You’ll find I’m a good guy to work for and fun to be around. $13-$17 per hour, or project by project.
