IF YOU ARE REGISTERING CHILDREN for OUR KIDS MINISTRY:
Please put the word CHILD and the age or grade they are in, in the space for the child's last name, and put the full name in the space for their first name. This helps us be able to prepare appropriately for our children's ministry.
