Our company is looking for 5-6 man crews. We have around 400-500 square a week that we need installed and can keep you busy all year round. Must demonstrate extreme professionalism and be able to work efficiently. Must have valid social and id. Starting pay is 65$ per square plus all extras down to a piece of plywood. After you demonstrate you have a no callback or inspection problem, or an extremely low call back or punch list issues, you will be bumped up after 2-3months to 75-80$ a square plus extra. We will cover all insurances and licenses, you just bring your crew and tools. You will have an assigned manager that overlooks every job and can be there to make sure you have all materials and help avoid callbacks. hiring immediately for the orlando area.
