Seeking employees to build custom performance boats Fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resin, polyester resin, composite core, body work, assembly, mold development, milling, in-house hull design, gel-coat and painting are all part of what we do. This is a position that offers very aggressive pay increase schedules to the people who apply the “team effort”, show self-motivation, provide consistent production and strong attendance along with personal pride in what they do. This position requires a 40 hour per week commitment and overtime is available for those who prove to possess the qualities mentioned above. Drug use is absolutely not accepted or tolerated.
