Breathe & Be Outdoor meetups are for women who love the outdoors, want to make friends, and desire meaningful conversations! Breathe & Be Outdoors free women's only meetup groups are not your average meetup group. Here's why... We have a mission: We create empowering communities of women, curate exceptional outdoor experiences to enhance mental and physical health, and provide tools and techniques to live more intentionally - outdoors. We have a method: Our meetup groups are uniquely curated by our incredible Ambassadors that lead the meetup from start to finish. They will naturally inject some fun, reflection & pause, and meaningful conversation into each meetup. We have a few rules: Our rules are simple and easy to follow. 1. Be Here - Take this time to disconnect from technology 2. Be You - Bring your authentic self to the group 3. Be Resilient - Growth happens through discomfort Want to learn more? Check out our New Member Welcome Kit Frequently Asked Questions: What are your COVID-19 Protocols? All events will adhere to your local COVID-19 guidelines. In addition, we are limiting group size to 9 participants and 1 Ambassador for a total of 10 people per meetup. We are also asking all participants to wear masks when they are standing within 6 feet distance of one another. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending our meetups. What do I need to bring? Each meetup is different, but it's safe to say you will need to bring water and wear comfortable clothes. Our Ambassador will send out all of the details one week prior to the event with all the necessary gear/equipment. Can I bring my child? These events are for adults only. Can I bring my dog? Please leave your four legged friends at home for the duration of the meetup.
