Needing to find Toast a home

This is Toast:), I found him Easter morning wondering my works parking lot. I have been fostering him and need to find him a forever home. I work at a vet clinic so I took him to get seen first thing. He is heart worm positive, and had a really bad infection in his groin area. Since I have found him, I started a Go fund me and was able to raise enough money to pay for his treatment to diminish the HW. In order for me to do the treatment I need to find him a home first, where he can be in a stress free environment and stay inside as well. I still have some funds and am willing to get you anything this dog needs:) He is such a sweet old man that definitely had a rough life and needs someone to love him unconditionally:). He loves going in between legs, and rubbing his head on you to remind you to pet him. I love this dog to death but unfortunately can’t keep him, so I need to find him a home where someone will take good care of him.
