We own two 3 family buildings in East Williamsburg and occasionally need a handyman for small jobs. We had a handyman for years but he just moved back to his country. Repairs, light electrical/plumbing. Good at troubleshooting Experienced, has own tools and transportation and has recent references. Also, must be reliable and reasonable.
