Join us Saturday, May 22nd for a free St. Jude Group Fitness Workout brought to you by Prevail Strength x Movement!
Join us Saturday, May 22nd to kick off summer and celebrate the opening of registration for the Cincinnati St. Jude Walk/Run. Prevail Strength x Movement will host us for another fun, kick butt workout at 10:30am led by Anna, all fitness levels are welcome. This workout will be a group fitness class socially distanced to give you a total body workout in just 45-minutes. We are limiting the class size to 12 people so be sure to register early.
This months class is FREE, that's right , this month we are waiving the class fee and inviting you to join us for a special post party event with giveaways, treats and information about our September event as well as Prevail's new summer offerings.
