Description
*Full time landscaper needed for local mobile home park. (Will train the right person) Duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Water trees daily (follow watering schedule in rec room).
2. Mow and edge lawns on Fridays. Rake leaves and debris daily. Maintain bushes, shrubs, and flower
beds.
3. Install and repair water lines and sprinkler systems.
4. Other duties assigned.
*Must have a valid CA Driver License.
*Great opportunity for a dependable person with long term prospects. Must have own tools and reliable TRUCK for transportation.
