Job purpose Responsible for daily and periodic cleaning at assigned property in addition to special projects as assigned. Duties and responsibilities • Be responsible for general appearance of high traffic areas (interior/exterior) • Ensure the facility remains in a safe working conditions at all times • Monitor the conditions of the property • Ability to Operate Various Cleaning Equipment Such as: Carpet Extractors, Floor Buffers, Etc. All necessary equipment will be supplied • Performs Other Duties as Assigned including various periodicals and general snow shoveling during winter months. Qualifications Must have HS diploma and 2 years previous janitorial based employment. ****Government Background check will be required**** Must have valid NYS Driver's License. • Willing to work in a fast paced environment • Has a passion and pride for a safe and clean environment • Can remain engaged/proficient working at an individual level • Is very detail oriented when it comes to completing their work
