It is that time of year again were we are busy. A local renovation company is looking for a Lead Carpenter/Painters/and Laborers. Lead Carpenter: Must have: 1) 3 years verifiable experience. 2) Reliable transportation. 3) Working GPS 4) Knowledge in carpentry, drywall, all types of remodeling, as well as painting. 5) Must not be afraid of heights. 6) Must have own tools. Painter: 1) Must be have at least 1 year of veriable experience. 2) Reliable transportation. 3) Working GPS. 4) Must not be afraid of heights. 5) Must have basic painting tools (brushes, roller frames, 5 in 1, basic hand tools, etc). Labor: 1) Reliable transportation. 2) Working GPS. 3) Must not be afraid of heights. First days pay at end of day to be followed by paid every Friday.
