POSITION OVERVIEW Mass. Bay Brewing Company (MBBC), parent company to Harpoon, UFO, Clown Shoes, Arctic Chill, and City Roots, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Packer who will be responsible for performing duties related to creating variety pack cases of finished goods from component cases. This position is available at our Woburn (Massachusetts) warehouse. No experience is necessary! RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Frequently unstacking, repacking, and restacking product based on daily orders Accurately mixing components into variety packs Monitoring product quality frequently; reporting problems to mitigate safety and quality issues Following Good Manufacturing Practices Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area Following all required work safety practices including wearing all required PPE in designated areas, safe material handling, etc. Performing other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS No previous experience required!
