Paving Laborer, Foreman, CDL Driver

We are an Asphalt Paving, Excavating, and Concrete company that works with both residential and commercial clients. We are currently looking for a Paving Crew Foreman, Class A CDL Driver, and possibly a general laborer with experience to join our growing team. The positions will include but not limited to, safety procedures, quality of workmanship, Being able to lift 50+ Pounds, Come to work on time, The Crew foreman must be experienced and must be able to maintain a paving crew and assist with training as needed. Have familiarity with grade, slope, reating plans, drainage, principles of asphalt construction and paving. This is a demanding position that requires someone with dedication and drive. CDL Class A Driver, experience driving small Dump trucks and Large Tri-axles with Tag trailer. Hoisters License always needed feel free to apply. Qualifications: Experience running a LeeBoy paver or equivalent Strong communication skills 2 or more years of asphalt paving work Some experience with sealcoating Demonstrated leadership skills Drivers License – CDL Class A, Hoisters license.
