Looking for General Contractor with a crew to do rehab on a 5 bed / 3 bath house in Pennsville. Interior / exterior need rehabbing. updating interior space - no new construction. We have a scope / House is available for walk though. Contractor will be responsible for all permits - to final cleaning. We pay weekly draws based on work completed. Home owner to pay for materials but quote needs to be both labor and an estimate of material cost based on walk through and Scope. GC must be comfortable with technology - email / video walk through for progress.
