Description
The Lower East Side Ecology Center is pleased to present a day of birdwatching. In May, the spring bird migration is well underway, with more than 100 species passing through New York’s parks and gardens. Join Melinda, our stewardship co-ordinator, to observe the many species of birds stopping by East River Park and its native plants for some nourishment and rest. Bring binoculars and a camera if you have them. Meet at the Fire Boat House on Saturday, May 8, at 9:00 am.
