We Provide • Steady flow of work (we have numerous DRP's and great customer service reputation, all of which insure consistent work coming through our door) • Individual performance based compensation (our techs earn a flat rate on their individual weekly production) • Thorough repair plans (our estimators are trained to get you paid on all operations possible, this will likely include work you have always done, but never been paid for) • Properly staffed shops (our system is designed for maximum efficiency, we want our techs in their stall fixing cars) • Professional Development Opportunities (we provide ongoing training for our staff, this includes in-house training, and industry recognized training such as I CAR) • Clean, productive, up-to-date facilities (we take pride in our shops appearance, and keep our facilities current with equipment and technology) You Provide • 5+ years in a production collision shop (must be able to handle any job that you are assigned, all makes and models a bonus) • Extremely high quality focus (we follow accurate specifications to properly return cars as close to pre accident condition as possible) • High production capabilities (able to hit 100+ hours weekly) • Integrity (treat others as you want to be treated mentality) • Certifications & Training (State, I-CAR, and/or ASE, or willingness to obtain) • Valid license and clean background We are a high performance company, looking for a high performance Collision and Frame Tech.
