DARBY DAY IS SEEKING A SHIFT SUPERVISOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM! As a key member of the operations team, the main accountability will be the overall supervision of all shift operations with concentrations on personal safety, product quality, and operational effectiveness of the facility. Follows and enforces all facility safety policies ensuring the highest operation safety standards. Utilizing current and future quality control process to ensure product meets or exceeds product quality standards. Meet's or exceeds production goals as designated by senior management or facility. Qualifications: 3 + years of experience as a line supervisor Previous leadership and supervisory position within the high value production operations. 2 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment 25+ employees strongly preferred. Candidate must be available to work 2nd shift (2:30 - 11:00pm) Monday - Friday with weekend duties during the busy time. Weekly Pay: $19.00 Per Hour.
